Share your inputs: All Inc! develops European recommendations for LGBT+ friendly schools

On behalf of the project’s coordinators, All Inc!’s Lotte send this overview of the work that has been carried out, and a reminder of the activities at the upcoming Munich conference — thanks Lotte!

The All Inc! project partners have spent the past two and half years doing research, building school visions, and developing and testing pedagogical materials around LGBT+ in education. Throughout, we have aimed to connect with our community and invite input wherever possible.

As the project slowly but surely comes to a close, we are working towards one of our final outputs: European recommendations for LGBT+ friendly schools. These recommendations are co-created by the project partners from Belgium, Germany, Greece, Hungary, the Netherlands, Poland, Spain and the United Kingdom, first at the national level and now, as a final step, with a European audience in mind. Every recommendation builds on research and/or activities carried out over the course of this project.

In the spirit of co-creation, we offer an opportunity for the wider LGBT+ community to help us review these recommendations. During our project’s end conference, in Munich on 13 May 2023, We will run a dedicated workshop with participants to consider and further add to these recommendations. We will aim to finalise them shortly after, ready for sharing with our European partners.

We warmly encourage you to join us for this event. If you are not able to join but would like to review our draft and share your comments, please get in touch.

Looking forward to your feedback!
