All Inc! is connecting with leaders in diversity and inclusion all around the world

AllInc!’s Philipp Aigner, from our DE2 team, was nominated by the U.S. Department of State for its International Visitor Leadership Program (IVLP). The IVLP, under the title “A Global Moment in Time: Reflections on Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Accessibility”, is a special initiative implemented in partnership with Meridian International Center. Over the course of three weeks in November and December 2021, participants examined what Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Accessibility (DEIA) mean in the United States and around the globe. Foreign participants and their U.S. counterparts examined their own understanding of DEIA and the need to advance opportunities for all. Participants also examined how historical trends continue to impact minorities and the efforts of modern civil rights groups to challenge assumptions and change the status quo. Participants contributed to a joint digital presentation and photobook that documents DEIA efforts and interpretations around the world. In Fall 2022, participants will come to the United States for an in-person IVLP. The All Inc! team is very proud to be represented in this initiative of worldwide impact through one of its team members!
